Get ready for the upcoming season with our FOST II hitting clinic. FOST II is designed to advance your hitting skills and get you ready for the next level of your offensive game play. FOST II will include a refresher on basic hitting mechanics along with new hitting drills to increase your offensive production. In addition, FOST II will include video swing analysis and instruction on hitting dropballs, curve balls, change-ups and rise balls. FOST II will help to make you a complete offensive weapon.
FOST II hitting instructors: Kayla Kramer, former Northern Illinois University softball player and Jim Hallahan, hitting instructor at DuPage Training Academy.
Two sessions (Fall and Winter) are available. Please check the session you wish to attend.
Fall Session: Sept. 9th – October 7th (Thursdays)
Time: 7:00 – 8:45 pm
Winter Session: Nov. 6th – December 11th (Saturdays) No class Thanksgiving weekend
Times: 9:00 – 10:45 / 11:00 - 12:45
Ages: 12+
Cost: $160 (Teams of 5 or more $ 150/player)
Max: 28 players (7:1 player/coach ratio)
