Erin Dwyer - DTA's Baseball Director and Pitching Instructor
Coach Dwyer is a former Daily Herald Player of The Year in 1989 after posting a 9-0 record in the DVC at Glenbard North with a 0.91 ERA. Erin went on to pitch at College of DuPage where he was also selected to the All Conference team. While studying Exercise Science at North Central College, he helped them win a CCIW Championship. Thirteen+ years of experience has inspired Coach Dwyer to develop a program to help pitchers develop all aspects of their pitching abilities. |

Jeff Kramer – Academy Director and Baseball instructor
Jeff was an all state SS in high school and has 20+ years of baseball coaching experience. He is currently coach of the highly regarded DTA Wildcats 14U baseball team. |

Eddie Pieczynski - Hitting, Catching, and Pitching (all ages)
Played professionally in the Independent Frontier League as a catcher as well as 2 year letter winner at Parkland Junior College and Illinois State University. Eddie led ISU in hitting his senior year. Eddie offers private instruction, video analysis of your hitting/pitching mechanics, as well as a hitting/catching camps. Alex Fernandez - Hitting Instructor
Alex was a 4 year starter at the University of St. Francis where he earned All-American honors as a catcher. Alex will be running specialty camps and offering hitting and catching lessons. |

Bob Bianco - Baseball & Softball Instructor
Former White Sox organization player and newest member of the DTA instructor staff will work with hitters to develop their offensive skills so that they can play baseball at a higher level and improve their offensive game. Better offensive skills will translate into more fun and playing time for players of all ages. The professional staff at DTA is committed to that training and skill improvement.

Andy Schultz - Hitting and Catching Instructor
Andy is a former catcher at Glenbard North high school and Benedictine University in Lisle. He spent last summer coaching the Dupage Training Academy's 14-year old travel team and the DTA high school fall ball team. He has also helped conduct many catching camps and all-around baseball camps at DTA and around the area. He has learned from numerous ex-professional players and collegiate coaches. Andy will teach the proper hitting and catching mechanics in a way that is easy to understand.

Coach Citari spent 9 years in professional baseball along with over 8 years of coaching local college, American Legion and youth baseball players. Joe played professionally for 9 years, finishing his career with the Milwaukee Brewers and Philadelphia Phillies organization. |

Softball Director - Jim Hallahan
Jim is also the founder of the F.O.S.T (Fast Pitch Offensive Skills Training) and Winter Warm Up Programs here at The DuPage Training Academy. Coach Hallahan brings over 15 years experience as well as a coaching staff that is fast becoming known as one of the finest in IL., Jim is coaching at Naperville North High School

Bob Barron - Hitting Instructor
Bob played professional baseball with SF Giants organization in 1981-1982. He went on to star with the Aurora Home Savings professional fast pitch team where he was named to the First Team All American team in 1984-1988. Bob has been teaching baseball and softball hitting lessons for the past 14 years.

Emily Montesano-Johnson - Pitching Instructor
Former Division I College Pitcher at U. of Missouri.4-yr. 1st string pitcher who set many of the Missouri pitching records. She still holds the record for career strikeouts, innings pitched and lowest ERA.

Kristie Spielman - Pitching Instructor
Former West Chicago HS standout went 42-0 in her high school career. She went on to star at SIU - Carbondale where she had the 15th best ERA in the nation her freshman year. Kristie has been teaching area girls for the past 9 years and works with all levels of experience. Many of Kristie's current and former students are staring in area high school and college programs.

Kayla Kramer
Former West Chicago HS Standout who is in the IHSA record books for 10 HR’s in a season. Selected as a Super 60 player her senior year, and was unanimous All-conference. Starting SS for the highly ranked KCC Cavaliers softball team and currently playing at nationally ranked Kankakee community College. |

Christine Burchill – Pitching Instructor
Christine was a stand out pitcher at Driscoll Catholic before going on to play at University of Illinois where she graduated with a degree in education. Christine has proven to be one of our finest instructors in a very short period of time. |

Former Eastern Illinois standout and Second Team NFCA player. 2001 Daily Herald Female Athlete of the Year from Naperville North. |

Former West Chicago HS standout. 4 year varsity starting pitcher and 2 time DVC All- Conference pitcher. Will attend Wheaton College and play softball for the school. |
