U of Michigan Baseball Hitting Camp

Led by University of Michigan coach TyNeal, this camp is for 6th–8th graders looking to improve their baseball hitting skills.

What To Expect:
> Expert hitting instruction and personalized feedback from Coach Neal.
> Blast Sensor hitting evaluation to analyze and refine swing mechanics.
> A session on speed, strength, and agility training led by Shane Gomez, DupageTraining Academy's Head of Player Performance.
> Players will learn how to boost their athleticism and on-field performance.
> A Cressey baseball performance test using the Proteus Strength Machine to assess strength and mobility, helping identify areas for improvement and optimize their training.
